Our Services. Bar Kat Insulation Ltd. delivers Foam Insulation, Commercial Insulation, Crawl Space Encapsulation, Attic Insulation, Fiber Batt Insulation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://barkatinsulationltd.ca is the property of Bar Kat Insulation Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Bar Kat Insulation Ltd. reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Bar Kat Insulation Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Bar Kat Insulation Ltd. arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Bar Kat Insulation Ltd. against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. BC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in BC.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
